Beschreibung
Jig (1st Movement) from St. Paul's Suite by Gustav Holst, Opus 29 No 2

The first movement of Gustav Holst's famous St. Paul's Suite, featuring several meter, key, and clef changes.

This arrangement is part of the Concert Series. As such, more care has been taken to keep this arrangement as true to the source material as possible. As a result of this, some arrangements in the Concert Series can be very difficult. Any or all parts could go into tenor or treble clef, and notes can reach into the high ranges of the cello. Before purchasing this arrangement, please look at the score previw, listen to either a recording of the source material or the preview recording (if available), and take note of the difficulty rating to ensure that this arrangement is a suitable level for your ensemble.

This arrangement is currently a part of the "St. Paul's Suite for Cello Quartet" compilation, which is also available for download at MusicaNeo.

Though this arrangement is for cello quartet, an optional double bass part has been included should a player be available.
